29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from unprotected sides and edges while working from a deck at an elevation of approximately 16 feet along the side and rear of the building. The Dream Wall, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314033135, citation 2, item 1a, issued on February 8, 2010 and became final order on or about March 3, 2010, and OSHA inspection number 311376628, citation 1, item 2a, issued on November 25, 2008 and became final order on or about December 16, 2008.
