Microlite 1 Area:  An assembler received an electric shock when he tried to plug a 240v plug from the portable hot melt press into a 480v outlet.  The use of the hot melt press is non-routine and assmblers rarely use or attempt to power them.  The employee was not aware of the differing designs related to differing voltages in the facility.
