29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:      (a)  North Cooling Tower, on or about Febreuary 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, Stericlean tank NFPA diamond labeling was not easily read.    (b)  North Cooling Tower, on or about Febreuary 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, Stericlean tank hazard warnings were small and not easily read.    Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:      (a)  Chemical delivery area, on or about February 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, Storeroom employees were not effectively trained on the safety and health hazards of the chemicals being transferred.    (b)  Chemical delivery area, on or about February 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, Utility employees were not effectively trained on the safety and health hazards of the chemicals being transferred.    (c)  Chemical delivery area, on or about February 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, Weigh Station employees were not effectively trained on the safety and health hazards of the bulk chemicals being weighed.      Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
