29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):     The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:    (a) The 10-inch pedestal mounted grinder's right tongue guard was out of adjustment by 1inch, which was used to sharpen bits and grind metal.    (b) The 10-inch pedestal mounted grinder's left tongue guard was out of adjustment by 1/2 inch, which was used to sharpen bits and grind metal.
