Aprox. 9" to ingoing nip from yellow side guard.    f)    Machine TL6 wire web ingoing nip point was not adequately guarded approximately 10" from control panel.    g)    Machine FP9 outfeed product transfer roller ingoing nip point was unguarding aproximately 7" from frame to roller. There was an approximately 18" x 29" opening in guard where pads drop into container.    h)    Machine TL33 cut off roll was not adequately guarded.    i)    Machine SL11, side guarded lacking for ingoing roll nips.    j)    Machine TL24, steel emboss rolls ingoing nip point was not adequately guarded.    k)    Machine FP8, frontside incline vaccum belt ingoing nip point under molding section was unguraded. Aprox. 3" from clyinder frame to nip point.    l)    Wells & Sons horizontal saw with exposed portions of unused saw blade. Aprox. 5" on right side & 3" on left side.
