29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):     The employer did not have each affected employee use the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    On or about February 16, 2012, an employee of Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, located at 777 Hollywood Casino Blvd. in Kansas City, Kansas, was exposed to slipping/falling hazards.  The employer did not ensure that personal protective equipment, such as slip resistant shoes, were worn by employees working in wet and potentially slick locations.     29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
