29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Room 135, A Samsung microwave was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards. (b) Room 135, A Bosch coffee pot and an Emerson microwave were plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards. (c) Room 135, A Sunbeam Water Kettle, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, and Panasonic microwave were plugged in to a relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards. (d) Room 327, A Sharp microwave was plugged into an extension cord, violating the extension cords UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards. (e) Room 328, Mapping cubicle, center east area, A white relocatable power tap was plugged into a black relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards. (f) Room 328, Mapping cubicle, center north area, A white relocatable power tap was plugged into a black relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards. (g) Room 328, A black Honeywell fan was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.
