29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition were not removed from service: a) Production Area - The Raymond Side loader #361, #964, #729, #218, were being used with the brakes not working properly and not removed from service. b) Production Area - The Raymond Side loaders #639, #303, #640, #219, handle for battery cover lid is missing and or broken. Employees had trouble to lifting the cover to charge the battery. c) Production Area - The Raymond Side loaders #963, #729, #899, #878, emergency disconnect switch was not working and not removed from service. d) Production Area - The Raymond Side loaders #729, was leaking hydraulic fluid and not removed from service.
