Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to follow Section 305.1 of the International Code Council's 2010 Property Maintenance Code of New York which states "The interior of a structure and equipment therein shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and in a sanitary condition."
