Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.: location: mixing area on or about 3/14/13 a) The piston of the Hinds-Bock Corp. muffin dispenser, model 4P-08NT, was not provided with guarding to prevent employees from coming into contact with the pinch point of the piston. location: mixing area on or about: 3/14/13 b) The foot pedal of the Hinds-Bock Corp. muffin dispenser, model 4P-08NT, was not guarded, exposing employees to unintended operation by accidentally stepping onto the foot control.
