29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitablefacilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.[63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998]    Liberty Island Laundry Room:  On or about 13 April 2012, and times prior thereto, employees using Ecolab Formula 1, a corrosive solution, did not have an eye wash station in the immediate area.  This exposed employees to eye injuries in the event of the solution splashing into their eyes.
