29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I liquids were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container electrically interconnected: On or about April 19, 2012, 55-gallon drums of propyl alcohol, n-propyl acetate, 1-methoxy-2-propanol, and Sunsheen black and white ink (all Class I flammable liquids) were not bonded to the container the liquid was being dispensed into to prevent ignition of flammable vapors from electrostatic discharge.
