29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. ALLEGED VIOLATION DESCRIPTION (A.V.D.): (a) 13 Dulles Drive Camp Hill, PA - Treatment tank two on the south side of the facility had a service panel with 110 volt live wires exposed and connected with wire nuts on the ground that were not protected with a cover or an enclosure, thereby exposing employee(s) to an electrical shock, on or about April 23, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
