29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms are not being kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    Employer is not keeping places of employment clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition. These violations were most recently observed on 04/25/2012 in the following locations at the facility:    a)  Against the outer west wall beneath the motor for the ventilation exhaust, there is a 3 foot pile of accumulated saw dust.    b)  On the interior west wall, several inches of saw dust are being allowed to accumulate on the building framework ledges below the exhaust duct.    To abate these violations, the employer must ensure that wood dust accumulations are removed and prevented from occurring again.    Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including a description of how these steps are removing saw dust accumulations.
