29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a.) Land OLakes Purina Feed, LLC located at 1111 N. Cole St. Lima, OH; On or about April 26, 2012, the employer did not assure energy control procedures were utilized for safe performance of service and maintenance. Employees were exposed to caught by hazards while changing out the die on the Pellet Mill East. Land O'Lakes Purina Feed, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313997553, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 505 Palmer St. Wooster, OH 44691.
