29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): All lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage. Metal-case sockets shall be grounded. (a) Construction Site, Hallway On or about April 11, 2012 an employee was working near a temporary lighting system which did not have protective guards or devices to prevent light bulbs from shattering. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
