29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Loads on powered industrial trucks were not stable or safety arranged. WORKSITE: The one cubic yard tilt truck was not properly secured to the forklift to prevent it from moving. On or about May 1, 2012, the forklift operator was moving a one cubic yard tilt truck that was not properly secured and the cart slid. The driver grabbed the cart in an attempt to steady it and sustained a minor injury to his hand when it got caught between the metal frame of the cart and the forklift.
