Section 6.21.3.4(B): Fuel containers shall be mounted to prevent jarring loose and slipping or rotating, and the fastening shall be designed and constructed to withstand, without permanent visible deformation, static loading in any direction equal to four times the weight of the container filled with fuel:      Warehouse:  A powered industrial vehicle was in operation with one of two straps that hold down the liquid petroleum gas (LPG) tank unlatched.
