29 CFR 1917.71(h):  Intermodal containers were hoisted before all engaged chassis twist-locks were released.      a)  302 Port Jersey Blvd., on the String-Piece at the East End of the Berth, Jersey City, NJ.    Employees were exposed to injury during a ship's loading operation as a crane operator was given a signal to lift a container while the right front pin of the chassis was still engaged to the container causing the Hostler and its chassis to be partially lifted up with the container.                                        Violation observed on or about 02/26/2012.
