29 CFR  1917.43(b)(6):Only stable and safely arranged loads within the rated capacity of the truck shall be handled.  a) Work site was located at 302 Port Jersey Blvd. Jersey City, NJ 07305  An operator was exposed to caught in hazards as the top loader they were operating was in the process of moving an overloaded intermodal container that was beyond the rated capacity of the machine to handle. As a result, the top loader tipped over forward once the machines brakes were applied.   Violation occurred on or about February 14, 2021
