29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) On or about May 10, 2012, Embrey Builders LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that Echeverria Construction, a sub-contractor, protected their employees from electrical injuries while using extension cords for their electrical tools where the electrical cords were placed across the roadway and were not protected from vehicles running over them.
