On or about May 30, 2012, an orange flexible cord with plug located outside of the scrubber building used to supply power to the sump pumps was not approved for a wet location.  This condition exposed employees to the hazard of electrical shock.    b.On or about May 30, 2012, an orange flexible cord with plug located outside of the breakroom used to supply power  to the freezer box was not approved for a wet location.
