29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. Arista Information Systems, Inc. - on or about May 24, 2012, two "shop-vac vacuums" were placed directly in front of electrical panels, blocking access to said panels.
