Fire extinguishers were not labeled and/or identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 12/18/14.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws. a. 2220 Northmont Parkway, Suite 100, Duluth, GA (Production Area/Stra-Pack Machine) - Employees were exposed to electrical hazard. The strain relief was not properly connected to the metal receptacle box, exposing the color coded cables/wires, on or about 12/18/14.
