This violation was observed at the construction site on 5-14-2012 where employees were exposed to an 11 foot 7 inch fall hazard when performing residential construction activities without fall protection. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1) , WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 310266135, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMER 5 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON 2-19-2008 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9215 BROADWAY. PEARLAND, TX. 77584.
