29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: On or about January 29, 2016 at the job site where employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet when waterproofing the roof of a commercial building without a fall protection system. Heathcock Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 436012, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2979 N.
