29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about 5/15/2012, at 1251 South State Road 7, in the city of Plantation, FL; employees were engaged in plastering work from a scaffold at approximately 15 feet above ground level without a complete guardrail system exposing them to a fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
