Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL.33319, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet to ground level while applying stucco to the side of a commecial structure from a scaffold that was not fully planked.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components shall be inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity. On or about 11-01-12 at 4299 W. Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL, 33319, a fabricated frame scaffold was not inspected by a competent person prior to allowing employees to work from it. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet.
