29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts were not guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219: 1910.219(f)(3) requires Sprocket wheels and chains which are seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms be enclosed. a) The chain and sprocket near the disconnect box on the southern trim saw was not guarded exposing employees to an in-running nip point hazard. b) The chain and sprocket near the operator's position on the southern trim saw was not guarded exposing employees to an in-running nip point hazard. c) The chain and sprocket near the disconnect box on the northern trim saw was not guarded exposing employees to an in-running nip point hazard. d) The chain and sprocket near the operator's position on the northern trim saw was not guarded exposing employees to an in-running nip point hazard.
