29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a)    On or about 12/9/2015, the fire extinguisher was blocked by skids and a core box beside the drive thru door on the east end of the shop.  b)    On or about 12/9/2015, the fire extinguisher sitting on a shelf in the pallet repair area was blocked by a hopper and other wood scraps in a pallet box.  c)    On or about 12/9/2015, the fire extinguisher was blocked by an emergency eye wash station that was mounted behind the Chicago Pneumatic De Humidifier.
