29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(K) developed and implemented: 1) On June 5, 2012, Quality Construction Inc. did not protect its employees from falls in excess of 8 feet while engaged in a residential re-roof job on a 4/12 pitch roof. QUALITY CONSTRUCTION INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313717357, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 19, 2010 WITH RESPECT OT A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1515 SHORTGRASS COURT, CASTLE ROCK, CO.
