29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: JOB SITE: N. Jefferson Street, St. James, MO 65559, at this work site, two (2) workers were observed on top of a new commerical structure, actively installing a metal roof, approximately 12 feet 4 inches, and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. FRANKLIN COUNTY CONSTRUCTION, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315785600, citation number 1, item 2, issued on 10/20/2011, and was affirmed as a final order date of 11/20/2011, with respect to a workplace located on 2517 Mary Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63144.
