The eave to ground height measured approximately 10 feet, 11 inches at the south side.    Franklin County Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 460513, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2012 with respect to a workplace located at North Jefferson, Saint James, MO  65559.  Franklin County Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315785600, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/03/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2517 Mary Ave., St. Louis, MO  63144.
