29 CFR 1926.1501(a)(9):     Accessible areas within the swing radius of the rear of the rotating superstructure of the crane, either permanently or temporarily mounted, were not barricaded in such a manner as to prevent an employee from being struck or crushed by the crane.    a) Cargill Facility, Halls, TN - On or about 6/6/12, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the swing radius of the Terex and  Sumitomo cranes were not barricaded.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10):     Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour:      a) Cargill Site, Halls, TN - On or about 6/6/12, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards when oxygen and acetylene cylinders were not separated by a fire-wall with a 1/2 hour rating.
