The Kubota Tractor, Model Number LA524, SN: 68854/SQ600, employees use to cut grass had an unprotected rotating shaft exposing them to a caught-in hazard.

Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations: a) Equipment barge, inside of tool room, 1314 Harbor Ave, Memphis, TN. On or about November 19, 2020 flexible conduit housing energized electrical conductors was hanging from a wall opening and exposing workers to electrical shock hazards.
