In the Aluminum Tube area the Ellis Horizontal Band Saw Model 800 Serial 8925603 did not have all unused portions of the band saw blade guarded. ii. In the Steel Fabrication area the Johnson Horizontal Band Saw was not equipped with a guard on all unused portion of the blade. iii. In the Machine shop area the Jet Lathe Model # G4-1440w-1 Serial 830 was not equipped with a point of operation guard.
