This was most recently documented at 4740 East 39th St., Kearney, Nebraska 68847 on March 24, 2022. There was no documentation of any annual periodic inspections within the previous twelve months of procedures for the control of hazardous energy releases resulting from servicing equipment including, but not limited to, the Small Riveter.

Employees were exposed to the unguarded blade on the Ellis horizontal bandsaw.
