29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):     Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    a. Weight Scale Platform - On or about June 13, 2012, employees working on an open sided platform 7 feet high, were not provided with an adequate standard railing.  Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with falls.
