(b) Tire Servicing and Repair Area:  On or about June 14, 2012, strain relief was not provided whereby the flexible cord to the tire machine was damaged at the point the male end plugged in a wooden post mounted single duplex outlet.      Container Maintenance was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection #311095590, citation number 01, item number 001(b) and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at the Wilmington Marine Shipping Terminal, 2202 Burnett Blvd., Wilmington, NC 28401.
