29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(vi):    Boom and basket load limits specified by the manufacturer were exceeded:    a)  jobsite, Venango County Courthouse, 1168 Liberty Street in Franklin, PA.  On or about June 26, 2012, the 500 pound capacity of the JLG personnel lift, model 110SXJ, was exceeded when four (4) persons, weighing 175 pounds to 230 pounds, and their equipment, descended 85 feet from the dome of the courthouse at the same time in the platform basket of the lift.
