29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 540 West Walnut Street jobsite - Employees were exposed to fall hazards from working in a Genie Aerial Boom Lift without a fall restraint system, on or about, August 31, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
