29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) 11 S. Muddy Creek Road, Denver Pa - An employee working below a mason using hand tools and stored materials in the basket of an aerial lift was observed without head protection, as referenced in 1926.100(a), and was exposed to head injuries from falling objects, on or about July 17, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
