29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. (a) Location - 1 Glenwood Street, Burlington, MA On or about 6/27/12, employees were not protected from falling while working on a roof greater than six feet above a lower level. Family Restoration was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 316312206, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 03/12/2012, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/04/2012, with respect to a worksite located at 60 Bacon Street, Winchester, MA 01890.
