29 CFR 1926.502(g)(2)(i): The controlled access zone was not defined by a control line erected no less than 10 feet (3.1 m) or no more than 15 feet (4.5 m) from the working edge. (a) Jobsite - 1 Renaissance Circle, Everett, PA: On or about June 29, 2012, employees were observed conducting overhand bricklaying and other related work activities on the second floor, measuring approximately 13 feet high with one control access zone line in place measuring approximately 30 feet to the unprotected side/edge.
