Employees were engaged in residential roofing activities at a height greater than 6 feet with no fall protection. J & J Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313129892, Citation Number 01, Item Number 02, Issued on 10/29/09, with respect to workplace located at 3133 Old Gate Road, Madison, WI 53714.
