29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):       All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.         Steelhead Platform, Oil Test Separator Room:  On or about 12 July 2012 and times prior thereto, The supply system lines going to the Turbine Engine Oil container had evidence of oil leakage into the aisle way in front of the container.  Oil spill measured at approximately 36 inches in the aisle way.  This exposed employees to slipping and fall hazards when working or transiting through the Oil Separator Test Room.
