29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: Located at WaterRower Inc., 560 Metacom Avenue, Warren, RI, Stain Room: On or about 07/12/2012, the employees stored shop rags that were permeated with combustible material in a plastic trash bin which caught fire after the rags spontaneouly combusted resulting in fire-related damage to the facility.
