29 CFR 1926.95(d)(1): Except as provided by paragraphs (d)(2) through (d)(6) of this section, the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, shall be provided by the employer at no cost to employees: (a) Comanche Construction, Inc., 11900 E. Cornell Ave, Aurora, CO 80014: On and before July 13, 2012, the employer did not provide employees with personal protective equipment (PPE). Employees were required to furnish their own fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
