29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Pay and Save, Inc. at 3635 W 10th St, Greeley, CO 80634: On and before June 19, 2012, the employer did not ensure portable fire extinguishers inside the store were inspected at least annually, in that several fire extinguishers throughout the store were last inspected in March 2011. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.
