The final order for this citation was September 22, 2011.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a. On or about June 2, 2012, on the 5:12 pitch roof,  the employee ripping off old roofing shingles was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.    b. On or about June 2, 3012, on a 5:12 pitch roof, the employee removing roofing equipment from the roof was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.    Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required
