Moody's Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315478941, citation number 01, item number 002, issued on September 9, 2011, with respect to a workplace at 11137 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida.  The final order for this citation was September 22, 2011.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a. On or about June 2, 2012, on the 5:12 pitch roof,  the employee ripping off old roofing shingles was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.    b. On or about June 2, 3012, on a 5:12 pitch roof, the employee removing roofing equipment from the roof was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.    Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required
